RESOLUTION: 2004-41

SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing a revocable license agreement to allow the installation of landscape walls, planters, signs and similar features along West Alameda Avenue between Wadsworth Boulevard and Pierce Street.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: As part of the Belmar redevelopment, the developer wishes to install landscape features such as walls, planters, signs and similar features along the south right of way of West Alameda Avenue. Due to the acquisition efforts by the City and County of Denver in the early 1900's, there is more than sufficient right of way to construct all of the lanes of travel needed.

Each item to be placed in the right of way would be reviewed individually to assure that the item would not obstruct traffic visibility or otherwise pose a hazard.
