A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD AND GREEN MOUNTAINSIDE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH ALKIRE STREET, TO ALLOW PLACEMENT OF A NEIGHBORHOOD IDENTIFICATION SIGN.
WHEREAS, Green Mountainside Civic Association, Inc., has requested a Revocable
License Agreement from the City of Lakewood to allow placement of a neighborhood
identification sign on land owned by the City as a portion of South Alkire
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to allow said use of the portion of said street right-of-way
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
for installation, maintenance and replacement of a neighborhood identification
sign in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Revocable License Agreement
issued by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, a Revocable License Agreement between the City of Lakewood and Green Mountainside Civic Association, Inc., in form approved by the City Attorney, for the use described above of the City-owned street right-of-way described in Exhibit "A" hereto.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular
meeting of the City Council on April 12, 2004 at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood
Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.

A parcel of land lying in the Northeast One-quarter (NE¼) of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE¼; thence westerly along the North line of said NE¼, a distance of 165.00 feet; thence southerly along a line parallel with the East line of said NE¼, a distance of 104.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing southerly along said parallel line, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence westerly along a line parallel with said North line, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence northerly along a line parallel with said East line, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence easterly along a line parallel with said North line, a distance of 10.00 feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning.

Lakewood, Colorado 80226-3127, based upon the recorded subdivision plat of
GREEN MOUNTAIN FILING NO. 9, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 102,
at Page 47, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
