SUBJECT: A resolution in support of an equitable allocation of state and federal transportation dollars to the metropolitan Denver region.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) has studied the distribution of transportation funds throughout the state and the region and determined that the citizens of the Denver Metropolitan Area are not receiving an equitable return on their tax dollars. This resolution is intended to express support for these findings.
