A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING AND RE-APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD JUDICIAL REVIEW COMMISSION

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Nettie Morano, 7523 W. Louisiana Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Registered Elector member to the Lakewood Judicial Review Commission, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2004, to March 31, 2008.

SECTION 2. Jerry Adamek, 2663 S. Wadsworth Circle, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed as a Registered Elector member to the Lakewood Judicial Review Commission, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2004, to March 31, 2008.

SECTION 3. Maureen O'Reilly, 3135 S. Indiana Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed as a Registered Elector member to the Lakewood Judicial Review Commission, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2004, to March 31, 2008.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 8 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 22, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
