A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. John Milan, 1775 Lee Lane, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2004, to March 31, 2007.

SECTION 2. Charles Miller, 9545 W. Kentucky Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as an Alternate member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve an unexpired term commencing March 23, 2004 to March 31, 2005.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 8 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 22, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
