RESOLUTION: 2004-21
SUBJECT: Authorizing Revocable License Agreement for an underground irrigation line crossing across South Reed Street, South Reed Court and West Virginia Place located within the Belmar Development, to Southeast Residential Associates, LLC.
ADDRESS: 7200 West Alameda Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Southeast Residential Associates,
LLC has requested the City to grant them a Revocable License agreement for underground
irrigation line crossing across South Reed Street, South Reed Court and West
Virginia Place so that they can connect their sprinkler system together as the
system crosses the above mentioned streets. The proposal has been reviewed by
City staff, and is acceptable from the aspect of presenting no hazards or creating
other problems.
RESOLUTION ADOPTION DATE: February 23, 2004.
