A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD AND SOUTHEAST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATES, LLC, ACROSS SOUTH REED STREET, SOUTH REED COURT AND WEST VIRGINIA PLACE RIGHT-OF-WAY, TO ALLOW PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION LINE CROSSING.
WHEREAS, Southeast Residential Associates, LLC, has requested a Revocable
License Agreement from the City of Lakewood to allow placement of an underground
irrigation line crossing on land owned by the City as a portion of South Reed
Street, South Reed Court and West Virginia Place; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to allow said use of the portion of said street rights-of-way
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
for installation, maintenance and replacement of an underground irrigation
line crossing in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Revocable License
Agreement issued by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, a Revocable License Agreement between the City of Lakewood
and Southeast Residential Associates, LLC, in form approved by the City Attorney,
for the use described above of the City-owned street rights-of-way described
in Exhibit "A" hereto.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular
meeting of the City Council on February 23, 2004 at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood
Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.

Exhibit "A"
Three parcels of land lying in the Northeast One-quarter (NE¼) of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel One
A parcel of land being 10.00 feet wide and lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE¼; thence S 63º31'27" E (assuming the North line of said NE¼ bears N 89º42'42" E all other bearings hereafter related thereto), a distance of 2,291.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the West right-of-way line of South Reed Street as shown and platted on the plat of VILLA ITALIA SHOPPING CENTER SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 6, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 175, at Pages 6 through 8, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, said point being the Point of Beginning of the herein described centerline; thence S 90º00'00" E, a distance of 58.00 feet, more or less, to the East right-of-way line of South Reed Street, said point being the point of terminus of the herein described centerline.
Parcel Two
A parcel of land being 10.00 feet wide and lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE¼; thence S 65º25'14"
E (assuming the North line of said NE¼ bears N 89º42'42"
E all other bearings hereafter related thereto), a distance of 2,455.23 feet,
more or less, to a point on the West right-of-way line of South Reed Court
as shown and platted on the plat of VILLA ITALIA SHOPPING CENTER SUBDIVISION
FILING NO. 6, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 175, at Pages 6 through
8, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, said point being
the Point of Beginning of the herein described centerline; thence
S 90º00'00" E, a distance of 58.00 feet, more or less, to the East
right-of-way line of South Reed Court, said point being the point of terminus
of the herein described centerline.
Parcel Three
A parcel of land being 10.00 feet wide and lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE¼; thence S 58º17'52" E (assuming the North line of said NE¼ bears N 89º42'42" E all other bearings hereafter related thereto), a distance of 2,406.88 feet, more or less, to a point on the North right-of-way line of West Virginia Place as shown and platted on the plat of VILLA ITALIA SHOPPING CENTER SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 6, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 175, at Pages 6 through 8, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, said point being the Point of Beginning of the herein described centerline; thence S 00º00'00" W, a distance of 60.00 feet, more or less, to the South right-of-way line of West Virginia Place, said point being the point of terminus of the herein described centerline.
