RESOLUTION: 2004-13
SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing Revocable License Agreement for an underground digital cable between Building 11 and Building 12 in City-owned right-of-way for South Youngfield Court, to Americana Lakewood Apartments IV, LLC.
ADDRESS: 12587 West Dakota Avenue (Building 11) and 491 South Youngfield Court (Building 12).
RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Americana Lakewood Apartments IV,
LLC. has requested the City to grant them a Revocable License agreement for
underground digital cable across South Youngfield Court between Buildings 11
and 12 adjacent to the South Youngfield Court Street frontage. This cable will
allow the tenants of the buildings to have digital cable service. The proposal
has been reviewed by City staff, and is acceptable from the aspect of presenting
no hazards or creating other problems.
RESOLUTION ADOPTION DATE: January 26, 2004.
