A RESOLUTION

AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO SIGN THE GRANT AGREEMENTS REGARDING THE AVIATION CLUB PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND MOLHOLM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUND

WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has been awarded two grants from the Great Outdoors Colorado to fund a portion of the development of Aviation Club Park Improvements and the Molholm Elementary School Playground, subject to the execution of grant agreements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado hereby authorizes the Director of the Department of Community Resources to sign the grant agreements regarding the development of Aviation Club Park Improvements and the Molholm Elementary School Playground with Great Outdoor Colorado.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by the vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on January 26, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m., at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
