SUBJECT: Fourth Amendment to the City of Lakewood Employees Money Purchase Pension Plan

RECOMMENDATION: Mayor and City Council approve the amendment
FUNDING SOURCE: No budget implication
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: This amendment has been recommended by the Lakewood Employees Money Purchase Plan Pension Board. The first section of the amendment changes the definition of full time to make the definition the same as the definition of full time in the Personnel Policies. The second section of the amendment deletes unnecessary language from the pension plan and trust agreement. This information is maintained in the City Clerk's office.
