AN ORDINANCE
REZONE LAND LOCATED AT 945 SOUTH KIPLING PARKWAY, CITY OF LAKEWOOD, JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Upon the application of Brunswick Bowling and Billiards in Lakewood
Zoning Case No. RZ-04-003, and upon a recommendation of approval from the Lakewood
Planning Commission, Lakewood Zoning Maps are hereby amended to include in the
4-C* (Regional Commercial) zoning district with the following conditions:
1) a maximum building height of twenty-two (22) feet;
2) 4-C uses restricted to a bowling center, with an amusement arcade within
the bowling center building only;
3) hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; and
4) provision of a berm along the west property line.
and to exclude from the 3-C* (Community Commercial) zoning district with the
original conditions, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days after final
publication.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 13th day of December, 2004; published in full in the Lakewood Sentinel on the 16th day of December, 2004; set for public hearing on the 10th day of January, 2005; read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the day of 2005; and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the day of , 2005.

SAID PARCEL CONTAINS AN AREA OF 2.886 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
