ORDINANCE: O-2004-39
SUBJECT: An ordinance repealing and reenacting Title 4 of the Lakewood Municipal Code pertaining to the City's Personnel Policies.
RECOMMENDATION: City Council approve and adopt an ordinance repealing and reenacting Title 4 of the Lakewood Municipal Code relating to the City's Personnel Policies.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The City's Personnel Policies have been reviewed for the purpose of recommending necessary additions, deletions and clarifications. Changes have been made to reflect new Federal laws and practices as well as housekeeping changes. Revisions were also initiated to ease administration of policies.
