ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. in the Cabinet Room of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 S. Allison Pkwy., Lakewood, CO.
ITEM 2. ROLL CALL
Those present were: Mayor Steve Burkholder, presiding
Council Members present: Carol Kesselman

Bob Murphy
Ed Peterson
Mike Stevens
Cheryl Wise
Absent: Tom Booher
Staff in attendance: Mike Rock, City Manager
Roger Noonan, City Attorney
Full and timely notice of this Special Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Elliott made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of developing negotiation strategies regarding potential development, included, but not limited to property at Alameda & Kipling, and other sites projects per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and Section 2.1 (c)(2) of the Lakewood City Charter. It was seconded by Councilwoman Martin. 10 Ayes. O Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 8:20 p.m. and City Council went into Executive Session.
