ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Cabinet Room
of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood,
Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL

Full and timely notice of this Study Session had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - PRESENTATION - RESULTS OF CITIZEN SURVEY
Joni Inman, Director of the Mayor and City Manager's Office, introduced Tom
Miller, a representative of the National Research Center. Mr. Miller reviewed
the City of Lakewood Citizen Survey Final Report of Results dated July, 2004,
with City Council. A question and answer period ensued.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Burkholder
adjourned at the meeting at 6:20 p.m.
