Call to Order
The special meeting of April 13, 2004 was called to order at 8:04 a.m.
Robert Sandridge, Chair, read into the record Resolution, L H A / 12 / 2004 to read, "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BORROWING BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD FROM FLOWER FAMILY PARTNERSHIP, LLP; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, A LOAN AGREEMENT, A PROMISSORY NOTE, A DEED OF TRUST AND OTHER NECESSARY AGREEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; PROVIDING OTHER DETAILS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
Robert Sandridge noted that a phone call by Sandra Maben, Commissioner, affirmed her vote at 7:49 a.m. on April 12, 2004, Joan Smith, Vice-Chair, affirmed her vote at 9:10 a.m., and Gari Westkott, Commissioner affirmed her vote at 9:28 a.m. and Robert Sandridge affirmed his vote at 3:36 p.m.
The resolution was signed by Robert Sandridge, Chair of the Housing Authority of the City of Lakewood and certified by Tami J. Fischer, Executive Director at the Special Meeting held April 13, 2004 at 8:00 a.m.
