ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 8:27 p.m. in the City Council Cabinet Room, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
Full and timely notice of this City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL

Roger Noonan, City Attorney
ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Elliott made a motion to hold an Executive Session following this Special Meeting for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter, more specifically to perform the annual review of the City Manager, per C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(2)(f). It was seconded by Councilwoman Martin.
Vote: All Ayes. No Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 8:29 p.m.
