¨ Win Filipunas announced that Elizabeth Nosek is back at work, and she thanks everyone for the cards.

"COMMISSION SPOTLIGHT ON BARBARA TOBISKA"
Barbara gave a brief bio of herself. She painted a lovely mountain scene, gave instruction and answered questions.

NEW BUSINESS
¨ Nina Johnson gave a brief update on the grounds around Bonfils-Stanton Amphitheater. The Parks Division will be working on the area to re-sod etc., but it will not be ready for the beginning at the summer for the concert series. The Summer Concert Series will continue to be in the plaza area, however the final concert will be held at the amphitheater with the Hazel Miller Band. Hopefully the grass at the amphitheater will be in better condition for the final concert. The concerts have been changed from Thursday nights to Wednesday nights. This year the Sentinel will be a sponsor for the summer concert series.
¨ Bob Zachman gave an update on the "Arts Link in Lakewood" breakfast. It was a good turnout with a wonderful tour of the Walden Theater. The next breakfast will be in May, hosted by the Lakewood Arts Council.
