A RESOLUTION

ACCEPTANCE OF A TREASURER'S DEED TO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD FOR LOTS 25, 26, 27, BLOCK 3, LAFAYETTE HEIGHTS, FIRST FILING WHICH ARE THREE LOTS LOCATED ON TOP OF WILLIAM FREDERICK HAYDEN GREEN MOUNTAIN PARK THAT WERE NEVER CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD.

WHEREAS, Jefferson County Treasurer, has tendered to the City of Lakewood its Treasurer's Deed dated October 16, 2003, and recorded on October 20, 2003, at Reception Number F1888848, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, conveying Lots 25, 26 and 27, Block 3 LAFAYETTE HEIGHTS, FIRST FILING to the City of Lakewood; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The City of Lakewood does hereby accept, for municipal purposes, the aforesaid Treasurer's Deed bearing acknowledgment dated October 16, 2003.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 24, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
