A RESOLUTION

CORRECTING THE TERMINATION DATE OF A MEMBER OF THE LAKEWOOD HOUSING AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, Resolution 2003-73 re-appointed Robert Sandridge to the Lakewood Housing Authority; and

WHEREAS, the termination date shown on Resolution 2003-73 for Mr. Sandridge was incorrectly shown as March 31, 2005; and

WHEREAS, the termination date should be corrected to be July 18, 2008.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The termination date of Lakewood Housing Authority Member Robert Sandridge is July 18, 2008.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council November 24, 2003, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
