A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSING AUTHORITY

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Larry Muniz, 2167 S. Field Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as the Ward 5 member to the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority, to fill an unexpired term commencing October 28, 2003, to March 31, 2005.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on October 27, 2003, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
