RESOLUTION: 2003-80
SUBJECT: Revocable License Agreement to allow a staircase and landscape planter within the Zang Street right-of-way.
ADDRESS: Adjacent to 555 Zang Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
FUNDING SOURCE: Application fee.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: In an effort to revitalize an existing office building, the owner of 555 Zang Street has constructed a staircase and landscape planter going from the building out to the street. Upon completion of the improvements, it was discovered that the improvements encroach into the right-of-way. Approval of the license agreement will allow these improvements to remain.
