A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. James Hatcher, 690 S. Quail, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing September 23, 2003, to March 31, 2006.

SECTION 2. F. Donald Collins, 10073 W. Arkansas Drive, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing September 23, 2003, to March 31, 2006.

SECTION 3. Wayne Calderone, 3349 S. Newcombe Court, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as an Alternate member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing September 23, 2003, to March 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 22, 2003, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
