RESOLUTION: 2003-68
SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing Revocable License Agreement for two identification signs in the vicinity of South Cody Street and West Alameda Avenue and South Carr Street and West Alameda Avenue.
ADDRESS: North side of West Alameda Avenue right-of-way adjacent to the property located at 8405 West Alameda Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Total Longterm Care Inc. as part
of their approved Development Site Plan has requested that the City grant them
a Revocable License Agreement for two lighted identification signs identifying
the Total Longterm Care West Center at 8405 West Alameda Avenue. These signs
will be located in the West Alameda Avenue right-of-way. One sign being just
East of the intersection of South Cody Street and West Alameda Avenue and the
second being just West of the intersection of South Carr Street and West Alameda
Avenue. The identification signs will mounted and a flagstone base with the
words Total Longterm Care. This improvement would be constructed within the
existing street right-of-way of West Alameda Avenue. The Engineering staff has
reviewed and approved the proposed locations, and Community Planning and Development
staff has approved the proposed sign.
