A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ROONEY VALLEY JOINT PROJECT REVIEW COMMITTEE

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Ray Elliott is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three year term expiring July 31, 2006.

SECTION 2. William P. Marino is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three year term expiring July 31, 2006.

SECTION 3. Richard J. Plastino is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three year term expiring July 31, 2006.

SECTION 4. Such appointments are for a three year term ending July 31, 2006, however, City Council may remove or replace such appointees at any time without reason or cause.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on July 28, 2003, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Civic Center South, Lakewood, Colorado.
