A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSING AUTHORITY

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Mark Wolfe, 1945 Vance #5, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as the At-large member to the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority, to serve a term commencing June 24, 2003, to March 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 9 for and 0 against at a special meeting of the City Council on June 23, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
