SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing Revocable License Agreement for an existing retaining wall and landscaping improvements in City-owned right-of-way for South Foothills Drive, to Stephen M. Lyons.
ADDRESS: 955 South Foothills Drive.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.
FUNDING SOURCE: User fees
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Stephen M. Lyons, 955 South Foothills Drive, has requested that the City grant him a Revocable License agreement for an existing retaining wall and landscaping improvements along Mr. Lyons South Foothills Drive frontage. The improvements are within the unused right-of-way for South Foothills Drive behind the existing sidewalk improvements. The proposal has been reviewed by City staff, and is acceptable from the aspect of presenting no hazards or creating other problems.
