A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD EMPLOYEES MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLAN RETIREMENT BOARD

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Keith Sandoval, 5725 W. Atlantic Place, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Citizen Elector Member to the Lakewood Employees Money Purchase Pension Plan Retirement Board, to serve a term commencing February 25, 2003, to December 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on February 24, 2003, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
