SUBJECT: Amending Title 1 of the Lakewood Municipal Code pertaining to General Provisions

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Section 1.16.040 C. of the Lakewood Municipal Code was recently amended to authorize the Presiding Municipal Judge to set court costs. An inadvertent error resulted in the incorrect numbering of this ordinance. The correct numbering of this addition is B. 5.
Section 1.16.040 C. existing prior to this amendment should remain as written prior to the amendment contained in Ordinance O-2003-6.
