SUBJECT: Vacation of a portion of South Oak Street right-of-way.
ADDRESS: Adjacent to 2095 South Oak Street
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ordinance

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Carmody Estates was platted in 1969 creating the right of way at the intersection of South Oak Street and West Evans Avenue as it is presently configured. A veterinary clinic was constructed on the adjacent property. During the review of the site plan, it was determined that the excess right of way should be vacated.
No public improvements were ever constructed where the proposed vacation is located. No public improvements are planned at this location.
