ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. in the Cabinet Room, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL
Those present were: Mayor Steve Burkholder, Presiding

Absent: Bob Murphy
Others in attendance: Mike Rock, City Manager
Roger Noonan, City Attorney
Full and timely notice of this City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Murphy made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose
of developing strategies for negotiations relating to economic development projects
pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(e) and Section 2.15(c)(2) of the Home Rule Charter
and to discuss personnel matters pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(f) and Section
2.15(c)(8) of the Home Rule Charter. It was seconded by Councilwoman Kesselman.
Vote: 10 Ayes. 0 Nays. (Absent: Councilman Elliott) The motion carried.
The City Council went into the Executive Session at 3:02 p.m.
Mayor Burkholder recessed the meeting at 4:09 p.m. .
Mayor Burkholder reconvened the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before City Council, Mayor Burkholder
adjourned the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
