ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL
Those present were: Mayor Steve Burkholder, Presiding

Others in attendance: Mike Rock, City Manager
Roger Noonan, City Attorney
Full and timely notice of this City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION - Councilman Murphy made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter, specifically, the City Manager's annual review, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) and the Lakewood City Charter Section 2.15(8). It was seconded by Councilwoman Herbst.
Vote: 11 Ayes. 0 Nayes. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Burkholder adjourned the Special Meeting and went into an Executive Session
at 8:05 a.m. Adjournment was at 9:20 a.m.
