BOARD OF APPEALS
March 24, 2003

Chairman John Milan called the meeting to order. The roll was called and a quorum
was confirmed.
Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman for Board of Appeals
Chairman Milan asked for nominations for new Chair and Vice-Chair.
A motion was made by Mr. William Smith and seconded by Mr. John Suess to elect
Robert R. Appelgate as Chairman. The motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Mr. Robert Applegate and seconded by Mr. William Smith to
elect John Suess as Vice-Chairman. The motion passed unanimously.
Title 14-International Codes,
Dan Nickle reviewed the proposed amendments to the 2003 Editions of the International
Codes and the 2002 National Electrical Code. The review was concentrated on the
changes from the 2000 Editions since all other proposed amendments were reviewed
by the board last year.
Mr. Smith made the motion to approve Title 14. Mr. Carollo second. The motion
carried and Title 14 was unanimously approved. 5-0.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
