ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. in the Belmar Business
Office, 7200 W. Alameda Avenue, #410, Lakewood, Colorado.

ITEM 3 - PRESENTATION - Belmar District
Continuum Partners Tom Gougeon and Mark Falcone gave a presentation on upcoming
work to be done on the Belmar Project. Tom Gougeon reviewed the Phase I buildings,
construction schedules, and the type of businesses to be in each building. The
energy efficient construction of the HVAC system was presented as well. Mr.
Gougeon stated that 67% of the retail space has been leased for Phase I of the
project. Tom Gougeon and Mark Falcone thanked the City Council, City staff,
and the community for their assistance on the project. A question and answer
period followed.
ITEM 4 - REPORTS - MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Councilwoman Saum distributed a memo regarding the Judges' Salary Committee
review.
ITEM 5 - ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
A tour of the Belmar Project construction mock-ups immediately followed the study session at the former Toys 'R Us building.
