The Five Year Housing and Community Development Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grants is available for review at the City of Lakewood City Clerk's Office, the Department of Community Planning and Development and the Lakewood Housing Department. It will also be available for review at the Lakewood Regional Library at 10200 W. 20th Avenue and the Belmar Library at 555 S. Allison Parkway.
