A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD COMMISSION ON CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND HUMAN RELATIONS

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Emelda Walker, 14164 West Warren Circle, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed as an Asian member to the Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve for the term commencing November 26, 2002 to August 26, 2004.
SECTION 2. Alicia Valiente, 9547 West Ohio Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed as a Youth member to the Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve for the term commencing November 26, 2002 to August 26, 2004.

SECTION 3. Richard Lopez, 8040 West 22nd Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Caucasian member to the Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve for the term commencing November 26, 2002 to August 26, 2004.

SECTION 4. Yolanda Bezio, 1600 South Harlan Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Hispanic member to the Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve for the term commencing November 26, 2002 to August 26, 2004.

SECTION 5. Angela Bracero, 1600 South Harlan Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a Youth member to the Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve for the term commencing November 26, 2002 to August 26, 2004.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 26, 2002, at 7 o'clock p.m., at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
