RESOLUTION: 2002-50
SUBJECT: Setting Fee for Annual Crematory License
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
FUNDING SOURCE: Environmental Services
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: As part of the Ordinance regulating crematories, there is a provision that license fees will be set by Resolution of City Council. The fee recommended is $125 per year, which is the same as a contractor's license.
