REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION

RESOLUTION: 2002-37

SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing a Revocable License Agreement for existing sprinkler system and landscaping improvements and the placement of neighborhood identification sign in a City-owned easement across the property located at 13963 West Warren Drive, to Hutchinson Homes Homeowners Association.

ADDRESS: Southwest corner of South Gladiola Way and South Bear Creek Boulevard (13963 West Warren Drive).

RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Hutchinson Homes Homeowners Association has requested that the City grant them a Revocable License agreement for the existing sprinkler system and landscaping improvements and the proposed neighborhood identification sign that will be located in an easement the City has across that property located at 13963 West Warren Drive. The property owner has agreed to the placement of the neighborhood identification sign on this easement. These improvements are part of the 2002 Neighborhood Participation Program, which has been approved by City Council. The proposal has been reviewed by City staff, and is acceptable from the aspect of presenting no hazards or creating other problems.
