RESOLUTION: 2002-33
SUBJECT: Appointing and reappointing members to the Lakewood Board of Appeals.
RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of this resolution which will officially appoint John M. Suess as a Regular Member to the Board, re-appoint Robert R. Applegate and Philip P. Kyburz as a Regular Members to the Board, and re-appoint James A. Hatcher as an Alternate Member to the Board.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Screening Committee held interviews on April 16, 2002 and April 18, 2002. The committee interviewed Robert R. Applegate, Philip P. Kyburz, John M. Suess, James A. Hatcher and David Wiedman, and wishes to make the above recommendation.
