ORDINANCE: O-2002-48
SUBJECT: Ordinance authorizing a water line easement in Belmar Park to Bancroft Clover Water and Sanitation District.
ADDRESS: 801 S. Wadsworth Blvd.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ordinance.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Bancroft Clover Water and Sanitation District has requested that a water line
easement be granted by the City of Lakewood across part of Belmar Park in order
to serve facilities that are planned in this area. The new water line will serve
the planned Visitor's Center as well as other existing and proposed facilities
in the park.
