REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
ORDINANCE: 2002-10
SUBJECT: Ordinance amending Chapter 1.25, subsection 9.30.010C, section 10.39.120, subsection 13.14.090C and section 14.07.060 of the Lakewood Municipal Code.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The current Chapter 1.25 of the Lakewood Municipal Code is entitled "Office of Environmental Management." There is language in the code related to the Police Department. Now that the Environmental Manager has been transferred to the Public Works Department certain revisions need to occur in Chapter 1.25 and other Chapters of the Municipal Code to recognize the transfer from the Police Department to Public Works. This ordinance amendment accomplishes that.
