ORDINANCE: O-2002-2
SUBJECT: Authorizing a non-exclusive water line easement across City-owned property in the White Fence Farm development located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
ADDRESS: West side of South Harlan Circle, north of Jewell Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Ordinance
FUNDING SOURCE: Not Applicable.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Tract P of White Fence Farm Subdivision was dedicated to the City of Lakewood. The Tract accommodates drainage, equestrian uses and other utility easements. The non-exclusive water line easement will connect two developable areas within White Fence Farm.
