ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL
Those present were: Mayor Steve Burkholder, Presiding

Absent: Tom Booher
Others in attendance: Mike Rock, City Manager
Roger Noonan, City Attorney
Full and timely notice of this Special City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION - Councilwoman Wise made a motion to hold an Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing negotiation strategies regarding economic
development in the Rooney Valley, at Colfax/Wadsworth, and at a third development
site per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and the Lakewood City Charter Section 2.15(2).
It was seconded by Councilman Elliott. Vote: All Ayes. No Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before City Council, Mayor Burkholder
adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
