Pool Manager
SALARY Starting
at $11.98/hour depending on qualifications
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for on-site supervision of the entire operation of the
aquatics facility. This includes maintenance, staff relations,
public contact, shift reports, and scheduling, payroll, coordinating
the lesson program.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Education and Experience
- High School diplomas or equivalent
- Three years aquatics experience, including two years as a water
safety instructor and one year supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of maintaining swimming pool chemistry as well as using
machinery and equipment.
Certifications
Current American Red Cross certifications including: Water Safety
Instructor (WSI), Lifeguard Training (LGT), Standard First Aid
or equivalent, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional
Rescuer or equivalent certification
