Assistant Pool Manager
SALARY Starting
at $9.69/hour depending on qualifications
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the on‑site supervision of the entire operation
of the aquatic facility when the Pool Manager is not present. This
includes maintenance, staff relations, public contact, shift reports,
and scheduling.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience at swimming pools in lifeguarding and instruction,
along with suitable maintenance experience.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Education and Experience:

- Previous experience at swimming pools in lifeguarding and instruction,
along with suitable maintenance experience.
Certifications:
Current American Red Cross certifications including: Lifeguard Training
(LGT), Standard First Aid or equivalent, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent certification.
