Transit Mixed-Use Development Manual

A companion Transit Mixed-Use Zone District Development Manual has been created as part of this effort to provide examples of appropriate Transit Oriented Development around Lakewood’s light rail stations.  The manual is intended to assist the development community and Lakewood citizens in understanding the requirements of Article 22 of the Zoning Ordinance, and to present the level of quality expected by the City for all projects located within the Transit Mixed Use Zone District areas.  The Planning Commission adopted the Development Manual in October of 2007.
