Wadsworth Station Parking Structure
As part of RTD's West Corridor light rail project, RTD is in the design development process for the 1000 vehicle parking structure at 13th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. A public meeting was conducted by RTD on July 1, 2010. Link to presentation

Federal Center-Union Corridor Connectivity Plan - A special area study to analyze existing pedestrian, bike, and vehicular connections to and from the site of the future Federal Center light rail station, and recommend ways to improve access in the future from adjacent residential and commercial neighborhoods.

Lakewood City Center Signage Guidlines
An implementation step of the North Wadsworth Boulevard Corridor Plan, and several other adopted plans, this project involves creating guidelines to help strengthen the visual identification and unification of Lakewood City Center (the four quadrants of the West Alameda Avenue and South Wadsworth Boulevard intersection) through signage and other graphic elements.

After 28 years, Lakewood is revisiting our Zoning Ordinance. We’re making changes to create a document that more accurately reflects our community vision and addresses changing needs.
