NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S SETTLEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 10th day of November 2009, final settlement with:
Manion Construction, Inc.
P.O. Box 620572
Littleton, CO 80162
will be made by the City of Lakewood, Colorado, on account of the contract for
Bid No. 2905, Belmar Park Playground Replacement Project has been completed in the City of Lakewood, Colorado, and located in Jefferson County, Colorado, subject to prior satisfactory final inspection and acceptance of said facilities by said City, and that any person, co-partnership association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor, or his subcontractor, in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done, and whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor of subcontractor, at any time up to and including the time of final settlement for the work contracted to be done, may file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the City of Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado.
Failure on the part of any claimant to file such a verified statement of claim prior to such final settlement, will release said City of Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado, from any and all liability for such claimant’s claim.
