9.33.020 Unlawful to swim or wade in irrigation ditches.
It is unlawful for any person to swim or wade in any irrigation ditch within
the city. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any rescue or officially
sanctioned demonstration operations. (Ord. O-74-1 § 1 (part), 1974).
