The City Council declares its approval of participation in the Federal Rent
Supplement Program pursuant to Section 101 of the Housing and Urban Development
Act of 1965 by the owners of property located within the corporate boundaries
of the city who qualify for such participation. (Res. 72-124 § 1, 1972).
