The courses, clubhouses, restaurants, and entire facilities are available for rent depending on your needs. Rates and information vary depending on group size and needs, so give us a call and we’ll fill you in on everything we have to offer.

Fox Hollow and the Homestead will provide the following:
- Registration tables and chairs
- Player assignment signs on the golf carts
- Contest hole markers for the golf course
- Official score cards
- Score sheets for the tournament
- Scoring for the tournament

Thank you for choosing Fox Hollow and/or The Homestead Golf Course. We look forward to making your event a pleasurable experience and offer a variety of food and beverage options to make your outing special.

Once you book your tournament, please contact the Den at 303-986-9990 to make arrangements for your food and beverage needs. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions.
Food Selection and Final Count
We ask for the final food selection seven business days prior to your event and the
final head count three business days prior to your event.
If more people attend than the number you confirm, you will be charged for the total
number of guests. If fewer people attend, you will be charged for your confirmed number. Payment is due at the end of your event. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Drink Tickets and Kegs
Drink tickets can be purchased from The Den to be used during the tournament in the clubhouse or on the beverage cart. There is an 18% gratuity added. Kegs of beer can be purchased to be available following the tournament.
One Keg of Domestic Beer $300
One Keg of Micro Brewed or Specialty Beer $400
Charity Tournaments
All donations must have The Den’s manager approval
Donated goods agreed upon, must be delivered by the vendor to the restaurant no later than one day prior to your tournament date and may only be distributed by Den staff members and are subject to handling fees.
**Please note it is a violation of state law to bring alcohol onto the golf course or in the club house and surrounding area.**
